At JPMorganChase, I led the content design for the Self-Directed Investing dashboard rebuild on the Chase mobile app, and shipped an internal AI documentation standard that drove 80% efficiency gains in content delivery across the firm.

Chase Mobile App: Self-Directed Investing

I led the content design rebuild for the Self-Directed Investing dashboard navigation. The fix was largely in the labels and information hierarchy: testing words like "Explore" and "Gain/loss" against real customer language, and restructuring the menu so users could find the tasks that mattered to them.
